Typing & Calculation

 Today I made her type four letter words. She did it maximum independently within 2hrs. When I wrote and gave  her the words, I didn’t notice that i wrote “Mate” two times. Surprisingly when I gave her the book, at a glance itself she noticed the mistake which I made😀. 

CALCULATION

I gave the calculation the next day, in calculator she has become more familiar and faster in doing sums. Now I got confident that she can do the two digit sums on her own. She did the sums in 30minutes independently. 

Typing & Calculation

Calculation

Happy to see her improvement in calculating. Just giving her the two digits numbers which sums upto 100. Now she started reading out the two digits together and calculating. Will continue the same two digits she is thorough and confident to do it independently . She took 2 hrs to complete.

Typing

Now from fee days I am giving her the Samll letter words so that she will be thorough with Caps Lock and Enter Key. Still she need my presence near her to do the work. She completed in 45 minutes. I gave her 4 letter words in which she uses Caps lock and enter key. 

Removing the clips

Materials Required: Clips, chair or a board to bind the clips


I made jasmin sit on the stool and told her to remove the clips which was bound on the chair.

First I told her to remove the clips with right hand transfer to left hand place on the chair which was kept on her left side. Same way I told her to do with the left hand too. Happy to see her balancing well while doing the activity. I made her do the activity 3 days continuously.

Dropping materials through specified hole

Materials required: cardboard Roll, I used the board roll of Aluminium foil, you can use the chappathi roll too

Any objects that go inside the hole.

Stick the board on to the wall or any surface of preferred height.

I made her drop 5things inside the hole. First I kept the materials right side of her and told her to the the material one by one with right hand and then transfer to left hand and drop inside the hole.  After doing it with right hand 10times I kept the materials on the Left side and drop with right hand. In this we have to take care of drooping of head and sitting balance very well which strengthens the sitting balance. Doing this activity daily from 3 days. Found this a good exercise for hand and sitting balance and neck too. 

Calculating

 Today I made her do the calculation of two digit numbers which sum upto 100.

I gave her 9 sums which she did mostly independently. She took 1 1/2hrs to complete the task. Still I am happy that she could do it independently. This week I will continue the same way till she becomes very confident in two digit adsition.
